Your AWS bill gives you the numbers. Not the answers.

Four questions sit behind every bill.

What we manage

Six things we run for our clients,
every month.

  1. VisibilityOne trusted view, with showback across every account, business unit, and product.
  2. OptimizationWaste found and removed continuously, not in a one-off sweep.
  3. CommitmentsSavings Plans and Reserved Instances: coverage and utilization, managed to expiry.
  4. ForecastingA number you can present to the board.
  5. GovernanceTagging policy, budgets, guardrails, and chargeback, so each owner is accountable for their spend.
  6. Executive reportingFinance, engineering, and leadership reading the same page.
Where this sits

Most organizations
stop at reporting.

You can see the bill.

A dashboard shows what you spent. No one is accountable for changing it.Where most stop

You can explain the bill.

Trends and cost allocation arrive, but the work still queues behind delivery.

You can act on the bill.

An operating model with owners, budgets, and a monthly cadence.

The bill is managed for you.

Optimization

Optimize first. Commit last.

Start with the safe savings. Commit only once the baseline is clean.

Frequently asked
questions

What is the difference between cloud cost optimization and FinOps?

Optimization reduces spend. FinOps is the operating model around it: visibility, accountability, forecasting, and governance. We deliver both, because optimization that nobody owns does not hold.

How quickly do clients see savings?

Visibility and tagging within the first month. Low-risk savings between weeks three and six. Commitments follow once the baseline is stable, so you do not lock in a rate on spend that is still moving.

Do we have to move our managed services to EPI-USE?

No, it runs on its own. It is stronger alongside AWS Managed Support from EPI-USE, because the engineers who find savings can also carry out the work.

We already use a FinOps platform. Does this replace it?

Not necessarily. Clients often keep a platform for self-service views and use this service for the analysis, decisions, and execution it cannot carry.

How do you measure success?

Savings realization and cost avoidance, forecast accuracy, commitment utilization, and tag coverage, reviewed monthly against the baseline from your first assessment.
