What is the difference between AWS Support and EPI-USE Managed Services?
AWS Support provides platform-level support. EPI-USE provides hands-on management of your specific environment, including proactive monitoring, optimization, security and specialists who know your architecture. We also act as your liaison with AWS when needed.
Can you manage an AWS environment we have already built?
Yes. We take over existing environments, assess them against AWS Well-Architected practices and bring them under active management. We also support greenfield environments.
What does it mean to be an AWS Validated MSP?
AWS MSP validation is earned through a rigorous third-party audit of technical capabilities, operational practices and business health. EPI-USE is part of a highly selective group of AWS Partners globally that have achieved this validation, demonstrating our ability to manage and optimize AWS environments across the full cloud lifecycle.
Across the AWS Partner Network worldwide, only a small group hold MSP validation.
Do you support multi-account AWS Organizations?
Yes. EPI-USE supports complex AWS Organizations with multiple accounts, regions and workloads, including multi-account governance and landing zone patterns.
What about SAP workloads on AWS?
EPI-USE combines deep SAP experience with the AWS SAP Services Competency, including SAP on AWS operations, S/4HANA migrations and RISE with SAP scenarios.
How are EPI-USE Managed Services backed by AWS Support?
Through AWS Partner-Led Support (PLS), EPI-USE acts as your primary support provider while working directly with AWS when deeper platform expertise or escalation is required. You get one support relationship, with EPI-USE managing the issue end to end.
