Keep production moving. Modernize what powers it.

Your plants run on ERP, Windows and plant-floor systems. We keep them running, and moving forward, on AWS.

Problems we solve

Uptime on the plant floor starts with the systems behind it.

  •  months to go
SAP ECC support ends in 2027

Mainstream maintenance ends December 31, 2027. Plan the move to SAP S/4HANA now.

    Build & Migrate
  • When ERP stops, production feels it

Orders, inventory, scheduling and shipping run on it. A short outage reaches the plant.

    Manage & Optimize
  • Plant data sits in silos

Plant-floor, ERP and maintenance data rarely meet, so no one sees operations whole.

    Modernize & Innovate
  • Legacy apps get harder to support

Aging Windows servers, custom .NET apps and SQL Server databases still run production.

    Plan & Design
  • Lean IT, complex operations

Distributed plants, multiple shifts and specialized applications stretch a small IT department.

    Manage & Optimize
  • Acquisitions and carve-outs

Separate or join systems and data quickly, without stopping operations.

FAQ

Frequently asked
questions.

When does support for SAP ECC end?

SAP ends mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC 6.0 on December 31, 2027. Extended maintenance runs to the end of 2030 at an extra cost. We help you plan the move to SAP S/4HANA, or run SAP ECC on AWS while you decide.

Can you migrate SAP without stopping production?

We plan each cutover around your production calendar and planned shutdowns, rehearse it first and test the rollback before go-live, so the downtime window is short and agreed in advance.

Do we have to choose RISE with SAP?

No. You can run SAP on AWS under your own licenses, or choose RISE with SAP on AWS. We compare both for your landscape, so the choice rests on cost, control and timing.

Can you help with a divestiture or acquisition?

Yes. We carve out SAP data selectively with Data Sync Manager and stand up the new landscape on AWS. We did this for a European manufacturer after an acquisition. Read the story.

Can you connect plant floor data to our business systems?

Yes. We connect plant applications and their data to SAP and your other business systems on AWS, so production, quality and finance work from the same figures.

We also run Windows and custom plant applications. Can you manage those too?

Yes. Our managed services cover Windows workloads and custom plant applications alongside SAP, with 24/7 monitoring, patching and tested backups. We rebuilt Chandler Concrete's legacy .NET application on AWS Lambda.

Where does AI fit in manufacturing?

Start with one process where exceptions cost time, such as ERP exception handling or maintenance planning. AI agents on Amazon Bedrock do the repeatable work, and a person approves each action.
