The problem

Cloud migrations stall when people risks go unseen.

  1. People risk is overlooked

Approximately 70% of cloud migrations falter because the risks tied to the people running them are not considered.

  2. Issues stay hidden from leaders

What people experience in their roles is often not visible to management.

  3. Readiness is assumed, not measured

Without data, it is hard to know which roles and departments are prepared for the change.

  4. Effort goes to the wrong places

Without a clear map, leaders cannot see where attention and investment will improve the outcome.

What’s included

More than a readiness check.

Powered by the Adapt/Ability Index® from Stream, it turns what your people experience into data you can act on.

Capability scores

Your organization is scored on all seven People Perspective capabilities.

  1. Culture map

Your cultural adaptability, each role’s willingness to meet the demands of the change, and your organization’s capacity to support them.

  2. Risk and shortfall analysis

Where risks sit by business, department, and role, and where to act to reduce them.

  3. Dimensional analysis

Maximum and minimum results per department average, so you can compare departments side by side.

  4. Role-based reports

Findings at business, department, and individual role level, with actionable insights.

How it works

Five steps, 45 minutes per participant.

  1. ScopeAgree with EPI‑USE which departments and roles take part.
  2. AssessParticipants complete the 45-minute online Adapt/Ability Index® assessment, scored against criteria our experts have identified as a baseline for success.
  3. AnalyzeThe data is analyzed, classified, and organized into role, department, and business reports.
  4. ActUse the reports to investigate flagged risks, secure stakeholder buy-in, plan interventions, and share results with staff to build ownership.
  5. Re-assessRun the assessment again at later stages to track progress against your baseline.

Shareable findings help secure buy-in for the change program.

  • Track progress over time

Re-run the assessment at different stages and measure improvement against your baseline.

  • Time-efficient and cost-effective

45 minutes online per participant instead of weeks of consultation.

  • Build ownership

Sharing results with staff creates a basis for jointly developed initiatives.
