ERP Payment Reconciliation

Every payment, reconciled in SAP

ERP Payment Reconciliation (ERP Pay) connects every payment channel to SAP. It verifies suppliers before they are paid, screens payments for fraud, and reconciles every transaction in SAP FI in real time, built on AWS.

Payments from mobile, phone, web, email, mail, call center, and field office channels flow into ERP Payment Reconciliation, then to permits, parking, resident services, events, donations, and utilities, and are posted and reconciled in SAP.PAYMENT CHANNELSMobilePhoneWebEmailMailCallcenterFieldofficeERP Payment ReconciliationVerify · Screen · ReconcilePermitsParkingResidentservicesEventsDonationsUtilitiesLINES OF BUSINESSPosted and Reconciled in SAP

The problem

Money moves fast. Reconciliation and controls often don't.

  • Reconciliation by hand

Payments arrive from many channels, payment service providers, and merchant accounts, and finance matches them to SAP line by line.

  • A cost of collection nobody owns

Interchange, network, gateway, and merchant fees stack up across providers. Who is optimizing for economies at scale?

  • Supplier bank details you can't trust

A vendor master that accepts unverified bank details is the easiest way for money to leave the business.

  • Fraud found after the money is gone

A bank detail change just before a payment run, a duplicate invoice, or an invoice dated before its purchase order often surfaces only at audit.

The platform

Five modules,
one view of every payment.

  1. FoundationERP Payment Reconciliation deployed for SAP AR and AP, with EPI-USE Flowmeter for a single view of revenue. Inbound and outbound.
  2. Account Verification ServiceSupplier bank account, tax ID (TIN/EIN), and OFAC checks, an audit trail, and a clean vendor master. Now with agentic onboarding on Amazon Bedrock.
  3. Fraud detectionPlutus for accounts payable, inbound fraud screening for accounts receivable, validation before bank transmission, and fraud reporting.
  4. Digital payment reconciliationReconcile SAP FI directly, automatically, across real-time, batch, and funded events, and track and trace every transaction.
New · Account Verification Service

Vendor onboarding in minutes, with every check on record.

Suppliers submit their details through an online form. An agent built on Claude on Amazon Bedrock, orchestrated by SAP Generative AI Hub, does the rest, inside your own SAP BTP subaccount.

The supplier completes an online form and uploads a W-9 or W-8 and a bank letter. Automated field extraction.

What onboarding gives you

A cleaner vendor master, and AP time back.

  • Faster onboarding

Days to minutes for low-risk vendors, through straight-through approval.

  • A cleaner vendor master

Duplicates and bad bank data are stopped before they reach SAP. Data also validated from within SAP throughout the change lifecycle.

  • Compliance by design

Bank, tax ID, and OFAC evidence stored against every vendor record, with Amazon Bedrock Guardrails and SAP Trust and Control masking personal data.

  • AP capacity back

People review only the cases that are ambiguous or risky.

FAQ

Questions from
finance and IT.

What is ERP Payment Reconciliation?

ERP Payment Reconciliation, often called ERP Pay, connects every payment channel to SAP. It accepts debit and credit cards, ACH, wires and digital wallet payments (open and closed), reconciles them in SAP FI in real time, verifies suppliers before they are paid, and screens payments for fraud.

What is unique in ERP Pay?

Two things. Vendor onboarding in the Account Verification Service now uses agentic AI with Claude on Amazon Bedrock, through SAP Generative AI Hub on SAP BTP. And fraud detection for accounts payable now runs on Plutus, a fraud model built by EPI-USE. Payments, digital reconciliation, and accounts receivable screening are unchanged.

Why did you build Plutus?

We wanted a model built for accounts payable in SAP, and full control over it. Plutus uses the data SAP S/4HANA already holds and learns from your audit team's decisions.

Which SAP releases are supported?

SAP NetWeaver ABAP 7.4 and above, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP ERP 6.0 EHP 7, SAP BW 7.4, SAP Solution Manager 7.2, SAP Cloud ERP private and Cloud ERP.

How do we buy it?

ERP Payment Reconciliation is available on AWS Marketplace or can be purchase directly from EPI-USE.

Where should we start?

With a Payment Landscape Assessment. It shows what your payments cost to collect and reconcile today, and where ERP Pay would lower fees, fraud exposure, and manual work.
